The other reason I gave this a 4 star rating is because I haven't tested the receiver quality due to this being a decorative piece. Anybody out there ever had difficulty plugging a phone into its jack? I didn't think so. So, I sent everything back- on my dime, by the way- and now three weeks later I've been told "its still in the repair shop- they're really behind with all the phones that need repair." I think that should tell you alot about the quality of the phones being made. They will not send me a new one until they've looked at the one I sent back. I cannot stress strongly enough- DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE (or any other) FROM THIS COMPANY.
